Flournoy & Calhoun Realtors offers residential and commercial sales, property management, and relocation services. Locally owner and family managed, we have been committed to Columbus and our clients since 1887. 

Our history in Columbus reaches back over 120 years to the founding of the Muscogee Realty Company which soon became Flournoy Realty Company by John Francis Flournoy in 1887. Calhoun Realty Company was founded in 1938, and in 1990 the two family-owned companies joined together to create Flournoy & Calhoun Realtors.

      Our Property Manager


     Tom Calhoun has worked in property management for 28            years. With the help of a well trained staff he oversees a            wide array of multifamily apartments and single family                homes in the Columbus area. Tom originally acquired his            real estate license in 1988 and obtained his associate                brokers license in 2007.
