Update On COVID19 Precautions

To Residents & Prospective Renters,

Our primary objective is the safety of our residents and the community. We wanted to share with you some simple steps we are taking to promote a safe work environment and to comply with the recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA).

We will continue to staff our office to field phone calls and emails for emergency maintenance and other important issues related to your occupancy; however, until further notice, our office will not be open to walk-in traffic.

With respect to rental payments, if you wish to drop off a money order or check, please use the dropbox as we will collect this daily. For those of you who pay online, you may continue to do so. If you would like further information on online paying please contact our office and we will guide you through this simple process.

As stated above, we will coordinate emergency maintenance issues. If you do have an emergency, please make sure you or someone else is present for the vendor to access the property.

To all of our prospective renter’s, please feel free to visit our website and if you wish to see a property, we can arrange for a showing using a lockbox.

Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. These simple procedures will eliminate unnecessary face-to-face interactions which are for everyone’s benefit. Please remain vigilant during this time and continue to practice social distancing, hand-washing and avoid, when possible, groups of people. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office.

Sincerely,

Tom Calhoun

Fall Is Here!

Fall is officially here and it is a welcome change. The children have been back in school for a couple of months and College Football is getting into full swing! The cooler weather combined with outdoor activities generates an excitement that everyone can enjoy.

This is also a great time to make sure that your HVAC system is working properly and the best thing you can do is simply change the filter. Remember that when buying filters, make sure to buy several more than you’ll need so you will have them handy for the next time you change it. It is recommended that you change filters every 30 days but no less than every 60 days.

We hope everyone has a great Fall!

Summer Of 2016

Summer is a great time to move. The children are out of school and they can help! We have many great properties this summer and would love to help serve your housing needs. Tom
